Telephone accessibility

Dear patients,

We would like to inform you of some changes in our services. As you may have heard, we are currently experiencing a shortage of physician assistants. We understand that this brings challenges, but we are doing our best to still provide you with the best care.

To make the most efficient use of available resources, we have adjusted our telephone schedule. We would kindly ask you to take this into account:

• You can call us between 8am and 10am.
• Between 10 and 10.30 am, we have a short meeting with our assistant team.
• From 10.30am to 12pm, we will again be at your disposal.
• In the afternoon, we are available from 1.30pm to 4pm.

We understand that these adjustments are different from what you are used to, but they help us ensure continuity of care. If you have any questions or specific needs, please do not hesitate to contact us. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
