Introducing: trainee GP Emma Hengeveld

Since March 2026, Emma Hengeveld has started as an intern in our general practice with Dr Zwaag-Pijls. Emma is doing a one-year internship and during this period she gets to know all facets of the GP profession.

Before her internship in our practice, Emma gained valuable experience in the psychiatric crisis service and in the emergency department. With this background, she is looking forward to developing further within general practice and contributing to the care of our patients.
