Making an appointment
All consultations - including those with the doctors' assistants and practice support staff - take place by appointment. You can make an appointment in different ways, depending on what is most convenient for you.

Make an appointment by phone
If you prefer to make an appointment by phone, you can reach us on weekdays between 08:00 and 10:00, from 10:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 15:30. For a consultation, we reserve 15 minutes for one complaint as standard. If you have several complaints or expect to need more time, please indicate this to the doctor's assistant when you call. We will then take this into account in the planning.
Make an appointment online
You can also use our patient portal. This lets you easily make an appointment at a time that suits you, without waiting on the phone. To do so, go to https://portal.healthapp.nl/login and log in with your DigiD. You can then schedule your own appointment in the online diary. We ask you to describe your complaint in as much detail as possible so that we can help you in the best possible way.
