Important notice: Software system changeover and temporary closure of patient portal

From Monday 8 December 2025, we will be working with a new software system. To ensure a smooth transition, the practice will be closed on Friday 5 December and will only be available by telephone for emergencies.

In the weeks following the transition, you may experience slightly longer waiting times on the phone or in the waiting room than you are used to from us. This is because our staff are still getting used to the new system. We ask for your understanding and will do our utmost to help you as best we can.

Temporary suspension of patient portal

The current patient portal MijnGezondheid.net will be discontinued on 4 December 2025, as it cannot be linked to our new system. We are developing a new portal that will allow you to manage your healthcare online in the future. We do not yet know when this will be available, but we are working to make it happen as soon as possible. Until then, unfortunately, there will be no patient portal available. We will post more information on our website as soon as it becomes available.
