Home visit

If you are too ill to come to the practice yourself, the GP can visit you at home for a home visit. We ask you to request this visit by telephone before 11 am. This way, we can plan the home visit properly and take into account the GP's schedule.

The GP usually makes the home visits in the afternoon, between 1pm and 2.30pm. It is therefore important that you are at home at that time.
